When am I billed?
Membership will be automatically charge to your card on the first of the month.
Is there a long-term contract?
Great results and healthy skin takes time. Each membership has a six-month minimum join period and is month-to-month after that.
Can I freeze my memberhsip?
Going out of town or just need a break? Freeze your membership for up to three months, once a year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any point. Changing your membership level will enroll you into a new 6 month minimum agreement then month-to-month after that. Simply call us at 212.255.5655 to change your membership level.
